A Trader’s Most Important Question:(트레이더의 가장 중요한 질문입니다.)

 

Over the past few years, I have seen many people pass away that I knew well that were still only in their 40′ s or 50’s. It has been almost 7 years since one of my favorite Facebook friends passed away suddenly. The thing I have come to realize after having my 40th birthday, is that we do not know at 40 if we will live another 40 years, or if we have only a few years left on this earth. Even the young are not promised tomorrow; accidents can take any of us at any time. I believe life is too short to be unhappy, stressed, or miserable. Every day, we should strive to enjoy laughter, our friends, our family, our life’s work, hobbies, and our life.

지난 몇 년 동안 저는 40 대 또는 50 대에 불과했던 제가 잘 알고 있는 많은 사람들이 돌아 가시는 것을 보았습니다. 제가 가장 좋아하는 페이스 북 친구 중 한 명이 갑자기 세상을 떠난지 거의 7 년이 지났습니다. 40 세 생일을 맞이한 후 제가 깨달은 것은 40 세에 우리가 앞으로 40 년을 살 것인지 아니면이 땅에 몇 년 밖에 남지 않았는지 알 수 없다는 것입니다. 젊은이들조차 내일 약속되지 않습니다. 사고는 언제든지 우리 중 누구라도 앗아갈 수 있습니다  . 인생이 너무 짧아서 불행하거나 스트레스를 받거나 비참하게 됩니다  생각합니다 매일 우리는 웃음, 친구, 가족, 일, 취미, 삶을 즐기기 위해 노력해야합니다.

So the question is “WHY ARE YOU TRADING”? Trading in itself is a great game, but not an end unto itself. The reason why we trade may very well be to the determinant of our success. Do we trade for freedom? Early retirement? To pay off our house 20 years early? To avoid getting a ‘real’ job? Or do we think trading for a living will be a Nirvana compared to the 9-5 job we have now? The degree of passion we have about the “why” of our trading will give us the fuel to work until we have the “how” to be successful. Most importantly, we need make sure that trading is a healthy pursuit that helps us value what is most important. Our family and friends should be the most important thing in our lives, higher on our list than pursuits that mean little in the big picture. Trading should point us towards happiness. If not, what is the point?

그렇다면 질문은 "왜 거래하는 겁니까?"입니다. 거래 자체는 훌륭한 게임이지만, 그 자체로는 끌이 아닙니다 . 우리가 무역을 하는 이유는 우리의 성공에 대한 결정력 때문일 것입니다. 우리는 자유를 위해 무역을 하나요? 조기 은퇴요? 우리 집을 20년 일찍 갚으려고요? '진짜' 직업을 갖지 않기 위해서요? 아니면 우리가 지금 가지고 있는 9-5개의 직업과 비교해서 생계를 위한 교역이 열반이라고 생각하나요? 우리의 거래의 "이유"에 대하여 가지는  열정의 정도는 성공하기 위한 "방법"을 가질 때까지 일하기 위한 연료를 우리에게 제공할 것입니다 . 가장 중요한 것은 무역이 가장 중요한 것을 가치있게 평가하는데 도움이 되는 건전한 추구임을 확실히 해야 한다는 것입니다. 우리의 가족과 친구들은 우리의 삶에서 가장 중요한 것이 되어야 합니다. 큰 그림에서 별 의미가 없는 것을 추구하는 것보다 우리의 목록에서 더 높은 것이 되어야 합니다. 무역은 우리를 행복으로 이끌어야 합니다. 그렇지 않다면, 요점이 무엇입니까?
